Michael Bodmann Lawyer
Attorney Michael Bodmann is an expert in the legal support and management of real estate and construction projects. Before founding the law firm, the business lawyer gained experience in leading Viennese law firms. He is a specialist book author and seminar speaker on the topics of construction law, real estate law and project development. Due to his education both at the University of Vienna (Mag.iur. with diploma in real estate law) and the Vienna University of Technology (M.Sc. in real estate management and valuation), he is used to developing interdisciplinary solutions together with his clients. Michael Bodmann is a member of the board and advisory board of renowned private real estate trusts as well as an examiner for the bar exam at the Vienna Higher Regional Court. Milan Glisic Lawyer
Milan Glisic is a lawyer and specialist for real estate, corporate law and white collar crime. After several years of relevant experience in a renowned Viennese law firm and very successfully passing the bar examination, he enhances the team at Bodmann Rechtsanwalt as an associate. Prior to his legal career, after graduating from the Higher Technical College in Serbia, Milan Glisic was employed for several years in the Austrian building sector and after that, in security management (among others, for the United Nations). In addition to German and English, he also speaks Serbo-Croatian and Russian.
Tobias Benedikt Beier Lawyer
Tobias Benedikt Beier is a lawyer and studied law at the University of Salzburg. After completing his studies, he worked for the European Parliament based in Brussels and Strasbourg and built up an international network. He passed his court practice at the district court for commercial matters in Vienna, at the public prosecutor’s office in Vienna and at the labor and social court in Vienna. Before joining Bodmann Rechtsanwälte, he gained extensive experience in a law firm in Lower Austria and passed the bar exam with great success.
Sebastian Freund-Schantl Associate
Sebastian Freund-Schantl studied law at the University of Vienna. During his studies, he gained a wide range of experience as a legal assistant in renowned law firms. As part of his court practice, he served at the Vienna Public Prosecutor’s Office, the Krems District Court and the Vienna Inner City District Court. Before joining Bodmann Rechtsanwälte, he was an associate at a renowned commercial law firm in Vienna.
Stella-Chiara Spötta Assistent & Paralegal
Stella-Chiara Spötta is a paralegal and legal assistant at the law firm Bodmann Rechtsanwälte and is currently studying law at the Johannes Kepler University Linz. She has already worked as an intern in the construction industry, where she gained experience as an assistant.
Patrick Sülzen, BSC Assistant & Paralegal
Patrick Sülzen is a paralegal and legal assistant. Before joining Bodmann Rechtsanwälte, he gained practical experience as a legal assistant in a Viennese law firm specializing in tenancy law and property management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Corvinus University of Budapest and is currently studying law at the University of Vienna. In addition to German, he is fluent in Hungarian and English.
Luka Glisic Assistant & Paralegal
Luka Glisic passed his high-school diploma in Vienna and then completed his compulsory military service in the Austrian Armed Forces. He is a paralegal and is studying law at the University of Vienna. He speaks German, Serbo-Croatian and English.
